Entertainment

Friday and Saturday evening until midnight the hospitality room will be prepared to receive guests. We will be providing them with light refreshments, consisting of snack foods and beverages (which we anticipate to be from Pepsi/Frito Lay). Similarly, independent of donations we are budgeting for chips, pretzels, and the like. Using equipment belonging to the Bemani Gamers' Association from NJIT we will be able to provide PS2s and the required peripherals (other than televisions/projectors) to run stations for DDR, Guitar Hero, and Karaoke Revolution.

Also, there will be classic and modern board games available, thanks to the Intrinsic Café, and Totally New Games. We will have an ample number of volunteer rooms to keep the hospitality room sociable.

A Swap Shop will be in place as well, giving everyone a centralized location at which to wheel and deal to trade for the most desirable merchandise from the other schools attending the conference. Decorations will be made using Senate materials by the bid team and other volunteers.
