Online Room Change System

If you are interested in completing a room change, please do the following:

  1. Direct Room Switches
    • Both students who are physically moving should complete the online room change request.
    • You will need to enter the name and UCID of your current roommate and new roommate.
  2. Open Space on Campus
    • Select View Open Spaces to see what is available on campus.
    • Please go to the room listed to meet the roommate.
    • Make sure to have a conversation with the roommate regarding your living preferences before requesting an online room change.
    • Enter the name and UCID of your current roommate and new roommate.
  3. Full Open Rooms
    • Select View Open Spaces to see what is available on the available room list.
    • You do not have to obtain any UCIDs.
    • Open rooms will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.
